Job Summary
The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our guest and client’s expectations. The Valet Attendant is responsible for responding quickly to customers requests and providing excellent service to all guest.
Responsibilities:
This position requires that the employee must be able to perform the following duties:
Provide prompt, efficient, courteous, and friendly vehicle care and delivery to all valet customers of the facility
Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately and promptly process valet tickets according to operating procedures
Operate, park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all valet customers
Communicate effective and professionally with all guest and supervisors. Job Type: Part-time |
