Ability to efficiently operate Bobcat/Skidsteer, Rubber Tire Loader, Forklifts, and a compactor.

Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance including tire pressure, checking oil and water levels.

Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.

This position involves considerable physical exertion, such as regular climbing up and down stairs, lifting of heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a highly frequent basis and/or assuming awkward positions for long periods of time. There are frequent exposures to very extreme levels of air pollution, or substances, and hot/cold.
