Tracy Taylor Smith, 2009 NMSDC Emerging Ten Awards winner, is the President and CEO of Taylor Smith Consulting, LLC. She holds degrees in Computer Science Technology, Business Management, and a certification in Project Management. She formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Business Alliance, and the Renaissance 1960 Improvement Corporation. Tracy is also the former Chairperson for the Legislation Committee for the regional transportation organization TEAM Texas.
